This is a purchase-cum-service package. The client will purchase the ZeroFlame machine outright. An installation team will look after the shipment details, and the installation of the machine. The machine comes with FREE one year maintenance. After the first year the client is advised to opt in for an AMC (annual maintenance contract).
As part of the AMC, a group of committed technicians will be ready to assist you with your equipment at any moment. We have customer phone support during normal business hours and service emails for after hours. Our service team is available for site visits and repairs as required. Without AMC, each visit to the site will be billed to the client.

Complete Solution Service (Recommended)
This is a product-cum-service package that guarantees total peace of mind. There is no upfront cost for the machine. Once the client signs up for this service, a dedicated waste management team will assess the client’s solid waste disposal needs. Next they match the daily tonnage to the optimal ZeroFlame machine, suggest shed specifications (land for installation to be provided by client), and install the machine. The client will pay a monthly fee for the waste management.
The service team will look after the complete functioning of the ZeroFlame system, right from the shipment details, to the installation to the day-to-day operations. The complete solution service team comprises a project engineer, two system technicians, and eight operators (two shifts).
